Race description

Atlética Horsens Race 2025 Atlética welcomes you to this running celebration. The race takes place with the start and finish at Horsens Dyrskueplads, where a wonderful day for the whole family is guaranteed. The routes run through the beautiful scenic surroundings of Åbjergskoven, and there is definitely a route for you! There will be running events, children's races, and walks. There will also be an opportunity for late registration at the race venue on September 13, 2025. Distances There will be 2 different children's races divided into age groups for preschoolers and grades 0-2. Here, they will run the CRAZY THOUSAND. Additionally, there will be a junior race for children in grades 3-5. For adults and children who are up for longer distances, it will be possible to choose between: 5 km 10 km Half marathon 5 km Walk 15 km Walk Routes: Changes to the routes may occur. Half marathon (loop course - the route is run twice): Atlética Horsens Race - Half Marathon 10 km: Atlética Horsens Race - 10 km 5 km: Atlética Horsens Race - 5 km 15 km walk: Atlética Horsens Race - 15 km WALK 5 km walk: Atlética Horsens Race - 5 km WALK NB: The half marathon distance is run according to the current Klub 100 half marathon rules. Something for everyone! There are medals for all. The children will be sent off by the race's mascot. The sponsors have generously supported us, so there will be raffle prizes, as well as prizes for 1st, 2nd, and 3rd place male and female in the race distances, and the winning children will be honored with a beautiful trophy. To create atmosphere, there will be music at the venue and along the routes at the aid stations. While the adults run, there will be entertainment in the form of a bouncy castle from Festtossen for the youngest, as well as the opportunity to buy food, cake, and various beverages. If you are a larger group, there is also the possibility to set up your own pavilion or tent so you can celebrate the day together and help create an atmosphere at the venue.
