Running a half marathon is an experience. Running a half marathon across the Øresund Bridge from Denmark to Sweden is a lifetime experience. For nearly 25 years, the Øresund Bridge has connected Denmark and Sweden, and this is celebrated with a unique journey of 21.0975 km in running shoes – through the tunnel, over the island of Peberholm, and up onto the impressive Øresund Bridge. The Bridge Run is one of the world's largest half marathons, first held in 2000, and the next one will take place in 2025 to commemorate the bridge's 25th anniversary.
