The East Coast Trail combines true wilderness hiking with rich historical communities from Topsail Beach to Cape St. Francis and Cappahayden on Newfoundland & Labrador's Avalon Peninsula. The trail consists of 270 kilometers of coastal hiking paths and 66 kilometers of community walks, allowing both beginners and experienced hikers to enjoy the breathtaking nature and ocean views. Our vision is to develop the remaining part of the trail from Cappahayden to Trepassey, which will bring the total length to approximately 600 km along the Avalon Peninsula.
