Stage Møn is the running event for you who have a penchant for trail running, beautiful nature experiences, and a cozy atmosphere. The event takes place from Monday to Friday in week 31, corresponding to July 29 – August 2, 2024, and features five beautiful, varied, and challenging stages in Møn's scenic terrain. The route is completely flat, but the changing surface with plenty of beach running makes the 10.5 km route a tough start to Stage Møn. The stages can be run individually, as a half marathon spread over three stages, or as a full marathon spread across all five stages, including a unique Dark Sky stage, which is run in the dark.
