Furesø Running Festival is a summer celebration where, after walking or running one of the routes, you have the opportunity to enjoy time together with many other fitness enthusiasts. The routes take you through the most beautiful surroundings around and along Farum Lake, featuring a lovely mix of roads and paths. The event area opens at 10 AM and offers food stalls, activities, and entertainment throughout the day. The races are for both runners and power walkers, with routes available for both children and adults.
Highlights
- At 11:20, the children's races will start with a 2 km route and a 4 km route, while the half marathon, quarter marathon, and 6 km routes will begin later in the day.
- In 2023, 821 people participated, setting a new participant record for the event, and the children made up a total of 250 of the participants.
