The Gug Race has quickly become a great success with plenty of participants, both big and small. It is definitely Aalborg's coziest fun run for both children and adults, and it usually takes place on a Saturday or Sunday in August. The Gug Race features a children's route (approximately 2 km), 5 km (running or walking), 10 km, as well as a half marathon, with timing using a chip, aid stations, medals, and the opportunity to purchase a t-shirt and stadium plate in the finish area. We look forward to welcoming many big and small athletes to another delightful festive day in Gug.
