Anyone can run a half marathon – including you! It’s a matter of will and patience if, as a beginner, you want to tackle the 21 km. Young or old, tall or short – anyone can complete a half marathon, as long as you are willing to accept that it won’t be incredibly fast, and that you might end up walking part of the way. This training program has been developed in collaboration with Thijs Nijhuis, and is for trained runners who wish to be able to run 21.1 km without a break.
Highlights
- The half marathon program lasts 12 weeks.
- You run three sessions a week, which we guide you through with audio.
- For example, schedule your runs on Tuesday, Thursday, and Sunday, so you have at least one rest day in between each.
