Race description
The Klausie Race is held every year on the second Saturday in June, first taking place in 1990. The race is organized in conjunction with the summer festival in Torsted, which means that food and beverages can be purchased. The race is called the Klausie Race because the majority of the route runs through Klausie Plantation. The route is in a very scenic area that alternates between forest, heath, and meadow. Only a small part of the routes is on public roads.
