Welcome to the 6th edition of the winter race at Ringkøbing Fjord on Saturday, January 11, 2025. The route is the same as the Ringkøbing Fjord Rundt Summer Edition in August, and although the weather is cooler, the surroundings are still the scenic West Jutland. The route is not marked but is navigated using a GPX file, which you can download to your watch. Participants can choose between the 100 km starting in Ringkøbing or the 50 km distance starting in Nymindegab.
Highlights
- Breakfast for 100 km runners and 6 aid stations on the 100 km route as well as 3 aid stations on the 50 km route.
- Opportunity for bathing and changing in Ringkøbing Swimming Pool after the race.
- Traditional Margrethe's tomato soup at the halfway station for the 100 km runners in Nymindegab.
