Welcome to the Ladies Mud Race! Are you ready for a race that will engage all your senses? There will be crawling and climbing, running and swimming (wading) on a challenging course designed to be completed by individuals with a reasonable level of fitness. Participants will experience a mix of physically demanding activities and obstacles as they navigate through mud and nature. The Ladies Mud Race will take place in 2025 in 6 cities across the country, with a special dark edition in March.

- Over 42,000 times, a Lady has crossed the finish line at one of our trail runs exclusively for women.
- Participants will be faced with a mix of physically challenging activities such as crawling, climbing, running, and swimming (or wading).
