Welcome to the Ladies Mud Race! Are you ready for a race that will engage all your senses? Participants will crawl, climb, run, and swim (wade) through a challenging course with natural and constructed obstacles that will test strength and endurance. Over 42,000 times, a woman has crossed the finish line at one of our women-only trail races. The Mud Race Hillerød 2024 takes place on Saturday, September 21, 2024, at Hillerød Stadium.
